Financially Free Course

Financially free is a course designed to assist you to attain financial freedom. This course is FREE.

This course consists of 8 units which can be done over 8 weeks, or over a shorter period if you wish. Just be cautious about rushing through the course too quickly without doing the work as you will not gain as much from it.

To do week 1.

  1. Read the unit in your workbook
  2. Complete money values quiz in your workbook.
  3. Observe yourself and your emotions around money to see if you have any values conflicts.
  4. What can you do to meet all of your needs?

To do week 2.

  1. Read the unit in your workbook
  2. Be mindful with money, observe how you feel every time you spend money.
  3. Take note if you spend when you feel stressed.
  4. Did you do any impulse spending, what were you feeling at the time?
  5. What can you do to support yourself without spending money?

To do week 3.

  1. Read the unit in your workbook
  2. Have you noticed any values conflicts?
  3. Complete the exercises in your workbook.

To do week 4.

This week is important so don’t rush through it. It’s important to be aware of how you think, speak and treat money. This will assist you to change habits.

  1. Observe the way you think and speak about money for one or 2 days. Do not do it for much longer than this as it can shift your focus away from what you want.
  2. Complete the exercises in the workbook.
  3. What habits can you establish to replace some of the ones that don’t support you?
  4. Remember, to include something that makes you feel prosperous on a regular basis, it may seem frivolous but it’s all about how it makes you feel.

To do week 5.

This week focuses more on the practical but it’s also an opportunity to think about what you really want, what work you want to do as all of the influence how you treat money.

  1. Complete the exercises in the workbook.
  2. Experiment with ways to manage your money and don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t work at first. It often takes a couple of attempts to find a system that works for you. Make it easy.

To do week 6.

This week is all about self love because how you feel about yourself influences how you handle money and what you will allow into your life. Create time for the life you want to live, if you are always too busy, always searching for solutions, you don’t allow what you want into your life.

  1. Complete the exercises in the manual.

To do week 7.

This week it’s back to being practical and reflecting on your financial choices. If you find that you have wasted a huge amount of money on interest payments don’t beat yourself up, I did, just resolve to change from here on in.

  1. Complete exercises in your manual
  2. Create a plan for reducing debt
  3. Create a plan for putting money towards the life you want (the amount is not as important as the act of doing it because it helps you to believe in your dreams).

To do week 8.

When you avoid emotions you keep them alive. This is the time to look within and change any habit that you don’t like.

  1. Complete the exercises in the workbook
  2. Be open to receiving from unexpected sources. If you ask for what you want you need to be ready to receive.
  3. Remember, you can come back and review this material at any time. I wish you an abundant life.
